Local Digital Archive of OFT Site

The word from knowledgeable members of the blogosphere (mainly DefenseTech.org) is that the Office of Force Transformation was shut down on September 30.  The site has continued to be available, but with Rumsfeld’s resignation, I doubt that it will remain live for much longer.
